]]> 102 Mackinac Island http://setfreeministry.us/mackinac-island/ Tue, 31 Jul 2018 00:15:01 +0000 http://setfreeministry.us/?p=97 [Read more...]]]> We had an amazing time on Mackinac Island!  We set up in the front yard of the parsonage.  We had face painting (thanks to Lori!), illusions, storytelling and hammered dulcimer.  Pastor Ken and Lori brought out the grill and offered free hot dogs, cold water and chips.  The weather app kept telling us it was going to rain, but the day cleared up just in time, and it was a glorious day!  The yard was packed with people, and the face painting line never stopped.  Most important, the love of Jesus was shared with all!

Trip http://setfreeministry.us/u-p-trip/ Mon, 30 Jul 2018 23:49:54 +0000 http://setfreeministry.us/?p=91 [Read more...]]]> We were able to spend a few days in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula for our 39th anniversary.  We started in Paradise, then headed for Munising.  We visited some falls, which were beautiful.  The highlight of the trip was the Pictured Rocks Sunset Cruise.  It was amazing!  We also took a ride over to Presque Isle Park and saw the beautiful views there.  Then we swung by Sault Saint Marie, and watched a couple ships go through the locks (while getting a bit of laundry done).

We’ll be doing music, illusions and face painting today around noon at the Mackinac Island Bible Church!  They will have the grill going with free hot dogs and lemonade.  Stop by and see us at the parsonage!
