I’m sure widows aren’t the only ones that are lost about the things their spouse used to do. I’m compiling a list to help out the guys! Some of this may seem obvious, but I’m just including everything I can think of, and some suggestions from my friends.
General Household Chores
- Wood and vinyl floors – Sweep/mop
- Carpet – Vacuum
- Dust furniture
- Clean dust from shades, fans, furniture, lamps
- Water plants
- Clean windows
Bathroom
- Clean toilet (inside and out)
- Clean shower
- Clean sink and countertops
- Wash towels
Bedroom
- Change the sheets
Kitchen tips
- Clean fan or vent on stove for grease build up
- Don’t use regular dish soap in a dishwasher
- You only need a small squirt of dish soap when washing in the sink.
